Hello, some ladies are saying that Met has regulated their cycles....but mine's kinda different...and i'm a bit confused!!!

I've only been on Metformin since Dec 1/08 when i was diagnosed. From August to Dec/08, i've seen AF on time which is usually on the 5th of each month (give or take a day)...my last AF was December 4th...I should have seen AF by now, and i havent....There were times that i thought AF was here, cuz it felt like it down there (sorry for TMI)...but it wasnt. it was just clear fluid.

I took a HPT on Saturday Jan 10 and i got a BFN. I don't feel like i'm PG...i don't have any symptoms whatsoever except for a lack of AF. Is Met making my cycle irregular??? or should i wait another week for another HPT.

Did anyone take HPT and got a BFP, but they never felt any symptoms prior to doing so?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I would test again just because your period had been so regular before. I'm not sure what the verdict is for Met and regulating cycles since it's different for each person. I wouldn't rule the Met out, but I'd test again anyway. You could also just be late, and it might not have anything to do with the Met. Keep us posted and good luck!

I took a HPT last week and got BFN....i am now 1 month late. Would it be possible to still be pregnant but don't have any symptoms and get a BFN? *holding on to ounces of hope*
