Ladies--dont give up hope that you will never get better or there isn't anything else one can do to help you through rough times. I felt the exact same way last year when I first started Therapy & Medications. I was severly depressed (32/36) and had daily thoughts of ending my own life but I have made so many strides since then. I have a wonderful therapist, medication that makes me feel better and am now at a 2/36, which is about as low as one can go for depression. I'm so thankful I had SC to come to when I was having a bad day. Dont give up--it may be the easy way out but if I had taken the "easy way out", I wouldn't be here today and wouldn't be in this state of energy and positive thinking. Just keep thinking--you can do this. My prayers are with you all--I know what you are going through cause I have been there myself.

That is fantastic!!
I see you're taking Lexapro and Trazadone? Can I ask how long you have been on them? When I took Trazadone, it did wonders-I slept well, and it helped the depression, what is it with Trazadone?
Did you start them together? Also, what kind of therapy have you been doing with your therapist to feel so great? Way to go!
I have been on the medication since OCT. I should have started them in July but was afraid of putting medication into my system. I started them together and am so glad they are in there now. I'm seeing an Individual Therapist on a weekly basis. I was so lenient of therapy but am glad that others saw that i was declining and got me help. God definaly works through other people!

Congratulations! I too am on Trazodone 50mg and I am on Cymbalta 90mg. I totally agree that their is a light at the end of the tunnel of depression. Medication HELPS SO MUCH. I wish more people were willing to try and try again until they find the right one. I think I have tried them all... I have been on meds since my teen years.
