Default can fenugreek+chromium work so fast

I got my blood reports today fasting insulin=16,testosterone=113.
10 months back fasting Insulin=28,T=118 for past 10 months ihve been taking met=1000mg,spiro=75mg.Im confused though my insulin has dropped down considerably ,my T level is same
the only thing I can make out(not sure)
1.met didn’t do anything for past 10 months since its dosage was low
2.for 12 days before tests istarted taking fenugreek & chromium picolinate=500mcg
some research in India(BTW I live in India ) has proved taking fenugreek for 10 days, can lower the urinary sugar levels by 54 percent
so I thinksince my insulin has lowered because of fenugreek+chromium so my testosterone levels didn’t get time to lower down

my endo doesn’t think this theory is right & says something else is wrong in my body
so please !!! let me know whether my theory is right or wrong .please give me any idea.
after 10 yrs(because of which I hav lost most of my scalp hair) I got to know I hve pcos because of IR ,after 10 months of treatment again I don’t know what is wrong with me
so please help.sorry for my ranting but I don’t know what to do.

I've also read that fenugreek help insulin resistant and just started to take it myself. What I don't understand, is that my level of fasting insulin was similar to yours (before taking any fenugreek), I was at 14 (when my doctor said I should be between 40-70). So, I thought that having lower insulin was also a sign a insulin-resistance... any body know what is normal/better? Having a higher or lower insulin level?

According to these values, insulin should be under 10
