i know on some forums i can change the settings of the color/style for my view, so i was wondering if that option exists here?
the reason i ask is, i have trouble reading the boards b/c there is no divider inbetween topics and everything is in a light color so it makes my eyes squint
and go cross lol

I'm updating to the latest version of the board software, which fixes some of the current bugs and adds bells and whistles (like group blogs, and 'subscriptions' on groups.)
The design/colors will match (what will be) the new 'main' section of the site where the research articles and pcostories will reside.
The colors will be easier on the eyes. Not all teal, white, and blue.
Let's see...what else...
The stickies in most forums will be re-organized.
I'm also working on a 'media section' for cysters who are interested in participating in interviews with reporters on various topics (but mainly pcos.) It will not be open to everyone. Just members who are proactive and interested in communicating their story to the press.
Currently, I have no way of reaching out to members in certain categories (mainly because too many women never "come up for air" from the never ending buddy threads.)
There will probably be a few more things, but that's all I can think of for now.
The main site is already done (just waiting on the new logo to be started.)
The board designer starts next week.
The upgrades will happen mid to late march.

I've lost track of the number of incarnations there have been of Soul Cysters since I joined in 2002. Can't wait to see the latest.

I happened to be over at the software site, and noticed that they've made a ton of changes that I think we need here.
Because certain upgrades require that I change the 'skin/design', I'd either have to get this current one re-coded, or just get one created from scratch that matches the other section of the site. (The other section has actually been done for several months, I've just been dragging my feet about moving the data and taking it live.)

The funny thing is we wanted a May baby, or at least a spring baby, but hadn't thought of Mother's Day. Mom wants me to go over by a week so the baby can be born on her bday, lol.
can i change the forum color? 
It seems there is a mini-baby boom going on over on the Mommy Board, lol.
