Default Can I take lecithin & inositol with vitex & dong quai?
Hi ladies...
I want to start taking lecithin and inositol, but have been on vitex and dong quai for almost a month. I MAY have O'd 2 days ago (check out my chart), that is, if my temps stay up...Anyways, I'm unsure if I can start the lecithin and inositol while taking these liquid herbs (vitex and d.q.) or if I should re-arrange my herbal regime?!?! Any help would be much appreciated!

I'm not an expert, but I can tell you that I personally have increased success when I use a combination of natural remedies. For a few months, I was only using carob and soy lecithin with definite results but I still wasn't ovulating every cycle. I recently added Vitex, Dong Quai, B-complex and Chromium and have been more energetic ever since. It also looks as though my cycles may be getting shorter as well. Last cycle was looking like it was going to be anovulatory, but then I added the vitex/dong quai/b-complex/chromium within a few weeks.
