I've been off birth control for a while now, and today I've been PMSy all day. Could I really finally be getting a period off of my bc? It'll be a miracle if I do.
I dont get them either without provera or taking fertility medicine. I think I can count on one hand the natural periods ive had... hope you get it though!!

I usually will get 2-3 "normal" periods after I go off the pill. Oral contraceptives help to "level out" SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin) which then improves your hormone levels. Unfortunately, my body then goes back to normal for itself...high unopposed estrogen and no periods.

Oh i just seem to bleed constantly on the pill and i have had sevreal different types. Your welcome to my af's

So far, no AF. My body is so weird, there are times when I think it's rebelling against me, lol.
I'm not starting the BC back up until after my ultrasounds, so I'm really hoping AF doesn't decide to make an appearance on the 18th. That would be loverly.
I was on bcp for 4 years and then i stopped in sept 2006. after i stopped i never got a period, till last month when i started to bcp again. However all those months that i wasn't on the pill there was times that i seem to have period symptoms but never a period. it was like my body wanted to have one but just couldn't.
I'm waiting for one too since my miscarriage is finally over.
