The TSH and the fasting insulin both look high to me. My TSH was just over 4 and I've been put on meds, so you should definitely get a better RE and look into that. Good luck!

TSH is high. There is a lot of controvery over what the normal range is for TSH. Most doc say it's .4-4.5 or something like that. However, a good dr will keep your TSH between 1-2.
According to the new normal range on TSH (put out by the AACE) a normal TSH would be from .3 to 3.0 which means you are definitely hypothyroid and should be medicated.
You may already know this by now but I thought I'd try to help.

Whoaa, that insulin looks high. I think 60 is normal for an hour or two AFTER YOU EAT (during GTT)! Not with fasting. Get another doc to review the results!

Never wrestle with a pig. You both get dirty, and the pig likes it.
This page has a chart for interpreting standard PCOS test results. The tests you list are mostly on there (you just have to scroll down far on the page).

OMG! First I have to say bananasmom's baby is SO CUTE!!!
I agree with everyone else; TSH and fasting insulin are high. Also, isn't 67 high for testosterone? I thought it was supposed to be under 50.
