Can't sleep, I feel so sad

I've been so depressed here lately. Sometimes I feel like I'm going crazy. We were in the process of adopting a baby when the father decided he wanted custody. This has just completely devestated me. I've bought all this baby stuff, and I have no idea what to do with it. I had finally gotten to the point where TTC was not a big deal. I wasn't sad that we weren't trying anymore. Now I'm just a mess. I feel more confused than ever. We TTC for 3 and 1/2 years before we started the adoption process. Now we are back where we started, and just a little more broke. My heart hurts so badly. I feel so empty. I know I should be happy that I have my daughter, but for some reason I feel like I need one more child. I never wanted her to grow up an only child, but there's nothing I can do. God I hate my body and this freaking disease!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(((HUGS))) I'm so sorry this happened. If it were me I'd keep the baby stuff. You have another baby in your future, whether it's by adoption or TTC.

Have you ever considered international adoption? I know it is costly but you can get like a $10,000 tax break for doing an international adoption and some of the agencies will even help pay for it or help you get financial assistance. Then, you never have to worry about birth parent coming back. There are a lot of websites about it if you are interested.
