 Can Vitex cause constipation??
So for the past 2wks I am only able to pass a bowel movement like every 2 or 3 days! I find this weird because my diet has been soooo much better than normal because I am trying to lose weight and I have added SO MUCH Fibre into my daily routine! I drink almost a litre of water everyday and it still doesnt bring on normal bowel movements everyday 
Just a bit worried to the point where I am thinking about buying a colon cleanser and taking that at least twice a week to help cleanse me out!
Does anyone know about this?
