Yep, you can. Just go to Holland and Barret. You can make recipes with it or add it to shakes and smoothies. Are you ttc? If not for fertility I wouldn't reccomend the use of soy.

why would you not recomend soy unless you tcc?

There are a lot of health problems associated with the overconsumption of soy. This food has been subject to a lot of propeganda so ppl think it's fantastic, but it needs to be used with care. When I find the link of an article explaining it all I'll post it.

I should find the article tonight.

Holland & Barratt also make soy isoflavone capsules that you can take.

You take two a day for CD 5-9 (same as clomid). Helps ovulation.
Quite a long threat on it in alternative therapies.
