Can you claim laserhair removal cost as medical cost income tax?

Hi there,
Does anyone know if the laser hair removal cost can be considered a medical cost (due to PCOS)? If so, how? In tips, guide lines, suggestion would be great. Also, anyone in Canada has tried that?

In the US, laser hair removal is considered 'cosmetic' and is not covered by insurance.
But it's worth every penny.
