I am not very good at this charting I am still confused on the ups and downs and what they mean but I was talking to a friend and with my tender boobs we were thinking I may have already O'ed but wouldn't they (at the RE office) have known this through a sono. She measured my follies and they were only 15mm not mature and asked me to come back tomorrow to see if they have matured and if so I am going to get the trigger but if I have already O'ed then i don't want the shot let alone pay for it to be a waste! I am trying to rely on the charting but with not understanding what I am looking at and only reading I have confused myself. Should I take a copy of my chart tomorrow?

I personally would say that you already O'd. If you have tender breasts, and your temps are rising like they are now...in fact I would DEFINITELY say you O'd on CD 18. Maybe 17. You DO have a lot of ups and downs, but that's common with Clomid. But since you're temps have been up for two days...you'd probably have to wait until tomorrow or later in the week to get crosshairs.
But if you are SURE your breasts are tender, then yeah...I would say you O'd. Also...if she did an u/s or sono on CD 17 or 18 or after - then she wouldn't see any mature follies because the mature one would have popped out already!!!

Can they do lab to confirm O I have not done any labs other than the very first time this is weird.

I am so lost I will have to talk to the nurse tomorrow I don't want the trigger if I have already O'ed I am taking the chart with me, and not to mention I never got the positvie LH surge this cycle either, this cycle has been a nightmare is all I can say!!

It could have been CD17, or today's temp could just be a fluke. If you ignore today's high temp, there is no O pattern. They should be able to tell by the U/S tomorrow, or bloodwork to confirm (progesterone).
AND the trigger shot won't hurt you if you've already O'd, some women even get a booster in the 2WW.

I was just going to say the same thing Penny said. I'd wait and see what tomorrow brings at the u/s. And no the trigger won't hurt, some women get it in the 2ww as a booster as mentioned above. Best of luck!!

Umm you ladies are SOOOOOOOOO right it looks like I did ovulate on the 18th after I put my temp in this morning I got my cross hairs. It was the 18th I bd'ed the day before and the day after so I hope I have covered my basis we haven't bd'ed since so I don't know it's stress with the whole process. Oh well. They did labs today so that will for sure confirm ovulation. It was the CD18 the day I ovulated I guess but she could not see that I had ovulated yet it was like 7:30 in the monring so maybe later that day I know I was cramping some so who knows...And I just checked it was one of the days we DID NOT BD, but we did the day before and day after the 18th..so let's hope we caught the egg, if not onto the next round dang nab it!
