Canada Post Question

I have a disgruntle postal delivery person doing my mail.
At first it was just us getting the wrong mail, then things that were correctly addressed were sent back to the sender with address unknown and now numerous things have just gone missing.
We live on a property where there is two homes and there are two mail boxes that are visibly designated for the two homes. However our mail woman puts whatever she wants in what ever mail box she feels like. At first it was no big deal but after 8 months I am getting sick of having to walk back to the mail box to put the other people's mail in their mailbox.
I contacted Canada Post via their website and was contacted by an idiot who could not comprehend what I was trying to say and repeatedly told me that my mail lady was doing her job correctly & it was me who has the issue.
I was going to let it go but the other day I had a bunch of flyers and when I went to toss them out a bunch of wrongly addressed letters fell out of the rolled up bundle.
I have contacted Canada Post yet again with out success of anything being resolved.
All I want is my mail, in my mail box. In fact I would be happy with any mail that is actually addressed to my address even if it isn't addresed to me personally.
And now...I have ordered a few things from Ebay and have received none, my magazine subscriptions have been mia too.
I know going to the media won't help cause no one cares about some lady that is getting screwed over by their Canadian Post mail deliverer....but I am at a loss of what to do.
Someone suggested I contact the post master general, but it looks like Canada no longer has one.
Does anyone know who the highest person on the Canadian Mail Chain is? Have any suggestions on who to contact?
I am getting really frustrated. I just want my mail & parcels!

OH YUCK !!!!! Poor BeetleGirl,

I would so try and wait for her one day that you are home and talk directly to her. Or I would put your address in bright bold letters/numbers that she can't miss. Or keep all the incorrect mail for a week and then take it into the post office and present them all of it and demand to talk with a supervisor and say that this is unacceptable and she is not doing her job. I am not sure who the top person is but I find that if I am not getting the answers I want over the phone it helps to go in person but I have a bit of an aggressive personallity so that's what works for me. HTH

Beetlegirl that really sucks! I agree with Cooper. Collect the incorrect mail, go down there, and give them

!! I would'nt stand to have any parcels sent to me "lost" in the mail due to poor postal service! Good luck!

I agree w/ Cooper and MintChai - gather the mail and then deliver BACK to the post office and show them who's boss!

I have a Canada Post story.. My brother (on the Canadian east coast) sent me up his Xmas parcel to DH and I in southern Ontario a few yrs ago. Well I got the that slip in my mail box to p/u the parcel @ my local mail post office.

Well when I got there, there was no parcel. I checked for a FULL MONTH using this slip I got in MY mail box. After calling Caanda Post to place a trace on the parcel... the CP staff said that the tracking # that was on my slip wasn't registered in the system!! WTF

But since I kept on their case, they gave back all the $$ that was spend on the Xmas parcel. But the parcel never turned up 1st or last. My bro and I think that someone had sticky fingers and stole the parcel somewhere between my apartment and the postall office.

My mail problem is over.

I wrote many more letters to CP and yet nothing changed.
The mail lady where I work is super nice and confronted my home mail lady at work and I haven't had a problem since(that I know of)

I still have no idea why my mail is being sent back as address unknown(maybe I should go to he media)

But for now it's a good start.
I do have a new battle though...
The evil and rude Winners here in Kelowna.
Not sure there will be a positive outcome in this situation but someone may end up with a flat tire.

You won the last battle now go win the new one. I however will not shop at Winner's the store here in Brantford smells really BAD UCK !!!! I wouldn't where or give any items from that they all smell.

I think I could tolerate the Winners here if it was just smell.
My biggest issue is that everytime I go there, they hassle me for id. It's annoying. I spend probably $400 there a month and everytime I go it's the same crap.
Well the last time I was there an employee made a very unprofessional comment about me and I am on a mission to make their life as miserable as they made my day.

Grrr!
