I'm new here and live in Toronto. I read the boards but haven't posted before now.
I see lot sof product recommended, but many aren't available in Canada ( or I can't find them) What kinds do you buy? I am not a fan of the Atkins bars, and am sick of the Zone ones too. I'd love to try the snack foods I see people talk about here.
Please list the store & website where you buy the products too.

I'm also in Toronto -- haven't had much luck at Walmart, but I have bought a few things at Pharmaplus. Russel Stover peanut butter cups for example -- they were in the diabetic section. They're really good, but don't eat too many at once (lol). I've also seen a few of the chocolate bars at Noah's Health foods, although most tend to be quite pricey. Maybe someone else has some ideas too.
Most health food stores have at least a few things, for example chocolate bars, but I find that the Natural Food Pantry has the best selection, even low carb bread.

I visit Toronto occasionally, and I like the health food store in Kensington Market. They seem to have many good things.
Here in Niagara, it's hard to find a lot of the things that are mentioned, but Wal Mart tends to have some stuff, and I'm developing a relationship with the owner of the health food store that I go to. I may be able to order things through her.
