Question Canker sores

I was just wondering if anyone gets canker sores a lot--I seem to get them pretty often and I have no idea why. I did a couple google searches trying to find out what causes canker sores and a couple articles mentioned hormonal changes--like having your AF. But I haven't had an AF in quite a while. I have one again right now that is at the back of mouth and it is so painful to eat or even open my mouth up widely. I have some medicine that I am using but I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem....

I used to get them all of the time. I haven't had one in a year or so. I have no clue why I don't get them anymore. Certain toothpastes and mouthwashes used to cause me to get them.

Try spraying Chloraseptic on it, it will numb it for a little while. I can't think of anything else. I hope it gets better fast! I know how painful it can be.

I think they appear when your immunity is low. I get them when I'm stressed or don't get enough sleep, and sometimes right before I get a cold or sore throat. I also get them if I bite my lip or other injury to my gums.
