Hi, I was wondering if anyone had had theie fair share of canker sores on met? I also take a multivitamin, b12, cinnamon, omega 3, chromium, calcium, and yaz. These things are driving me crazy. I used to get them like once a year, but now I have had 2 in like a week. ERRRRR! any help would be appreciated.

Switch to Biotene toothpaste. It does not contain any laurel sulfate in it, which causes most cancer sores and mouth ulcers. Other brands of toothpaste contain it.
