So i went to the docs this morning and got my u/s to check my cysts knowing that im def going to be taking a break. well to my surprise my cysts are great and i get to continue on this cycle!!!!!!!! im exstatic right now i know its such a small step but such a big deal to me. i usually have to sit out every other cycle for cysts but not this time!!! woohoo. so i start clomid tomarrow for cycle day 3 100mg for 5 days and then test for O and then do IUI. so im excitted. my doc says she has a feeling this one will be it for me and i sure hope so!!! im just super excitted that i am not benched... and again thanks so much for all ur support and for caring so much! i love u ladies!

Mae - YEY!!!! I was thinking about you and wondering how things went at your apt. today. I'm so glad that you get to keep going! I'll keep an eye out for you this cycle and will send baby dust your way.

That is FANTASTIC news!!! It really is the small things when you're TTC, isn't it? For me, just ovulating (on meds) is reason for celebration! :-) November is a great month for a BFP!!

evsmarie- i agree with you, it is the little things. i got so upset when all signs and symptoms were pointing to BFP.. and then AF make a unwelcomed visit. i was actually ready to throw in t
the towel for once, knowing that there are ladies out here that have gone through such more then me and have been so strong. i swore i was going to be benched for cysts and there couldn't be any good news comming my wy. i felt like the world was on my shoulders and i was just slowly dropping it day by day. when i found out i was going to continue this cycle and lost 20lbs i was ecstatic.. i have never walked out of my docs office w/ such a high energy and huge smile on my face. it definitly does make me take a step back and be thankful for all these little things comming my way.. b/c in time all those little things WILL equal the big thing we are all striving for a BFP! Also agree i feel like November is going to be the months for many BFP... heres to having BFP's on turkey day

Mae - One thing that I think is so great about this site is that there are people on here who actually understand why the small things can make us so happy. When I post on here a comment such as, "I have a follicle!" or "I got my period on my own this month!" people rally and understand my excitement over such 'normal' things. When I say those things to people in my daily life they don't know what to say except for, "ok".

Just as I often feel truly sad when bad things happen to people on this board (or when bfn's happen) I feel just as excited when small things go right for others.

athletic cyster- you are so right. i remember leaning on one friend support and i got so excitted the first time i had a positive opk and she was just like.. ummm ok. so i found out quickly it takes a special group of people to talk to to understand my excitement and disapointment. im so glad i stop lurking and actually started posting it helps me sooo much.

mae - Just got back from RE's office. Looks like I'm good to go too this cycle...no cysts, all clear! I will start Clomid tonight. Will you be my cycle buddy?

This board is full of warm fuzzies!!! Lol. On a serious note though, it is so nice to be able to find women who "get" what I am going through. Even if there isn't anything they can do about it, just being there and "getting it" is something that many of my friends IRL can't do. One of my nearest and dearest friends has been wonderful about asking about my fertility issues...and then she went off of BCPs in April and got preggers in June (1st month trying). *sigh* Lucky ducky. Anywho - even though she still tries to be a support, she is going through her own changes and excitement and I don't want her to feel bad/guilty. So, we talk about the fun and happy things and I gloss over what I am going through.

Moral of the story: Yay for our place to vent, share, rejoice in the BFPs, give ***hugs*** for the BFNs and just be real!!!
