Thumbs up Carb Countdown Milk! Lovin It!

Hello all,

I just wanted to share my review of the Carb Countdown Milk by HP Hood Co. It is really good and only 3 grams of carbs per 8 oz serving comes in Lowfat, 2%, and I guess full fat and also Chocolate, I want to find the Chocolate for some reason I have found every other variety, my local market had it on sale for 1.99 so I got a raincheck to lock in that price until they bring in Chocolate. My girlfriend found some on Manager's special for fifty cents so lucky her! I really like the taste and it goes great with the new Atkins Cereal. Oh by the way I have only tried 2% milk so far nice and creamy you will never miss the milk!

I've tried the chocolate, but not the other kinds. I thought the first carton was pretty good, but the next one I got tasted just like someone had poured an entire box of Hershey's unsweetened cocoa into the carton. Yuck!

If you like the regular kind, I'd suggest going over in the section where they sell chocolate milk mix, buy some Nestle no sugar added mix, and add that to the milk instead. I really don't notice the difference between that and the regular kind.

What is the low carb milk made out of? Does it have any calcium/Vit D like regular milk?

I will have to try it this weekend.

I can't remember what the milk is made out of. I'm thinking it's some kind of soy product, but I could be wrong.

I do know there is a brand of soy milk, vita something or another, that is supposed to have vitamins added to it.
