Carb-Free Flour, for bread,pasta,etc....

I read this morning that they have a Carb-Free Flour. You can make bread's and pasta's with it. Here's the site so you can check it out.

I had posted about this last week when it was on my local news...didn't spark much interest! I think on our news program they said the pasta tasted like cardboard...but the bread tasted similar to bread.

I couldn't get the website to run the other day. I guess because it won't be working till aug. I think with the IR diet I'll just stick to real bread! lol
