I will be honest - I haven't read the whole thread... don't have a lot of time but I did see where someone asked for an idea of what a "daily" mean plan was...

Breakfast: Turkey bacon, swiss cheese, egg beater omlet
Lunch: Chicken Ceasar Salad (canned chicken, parm cheese, romaine lettuce, low carb caesar dressing)
Snack: cucumber with carb free ranch
Dinner: boneless skinless chicken breast, broccoli, small salad
Snack: low carb ice cream

that was an example of a day that I did... there are a ton of options out there. the best advice I can tell you is to avoid most sugar substitutes, as many can give you the runs, also, stuff is so much better for you fresh, than canned or whatever.

So since I last posted, I have lost some weight. I am now 115-118 lb, depending on time of day. Only 3-4 lb, but that's a lot for me.

The diet is sometimes painful, but I am please to report that my first AF since beginning the diet, although about 7 weeks after the last one, as usual, was the closest to "normal" it's ever been as far as type of bleeding. (sorry for TMI).

The hardest part of the diet is restricting fruit to only one serving a day, and resisting sushi. There was also some challah at a diner recently which caused me some serious pain to resist. I am not eating ANY grains, only lentils and flax and some beans. on occasion, though rarely, i am eating buckwheat. I am also not eating any artifiial sugar, but have been using stevia. And i am using flax seed meal and almond flour for "breading" meats and fishes and such.

I am holding out hope this will work for conception eventually.
