Hi, Ladies!
Welcome to all of the newcomers!
I have a very Catholic doctor, and he has prescribed Clomid, Metformin, Progesterone, and Amoxicillin to help with my fertility. So the Church has no problem with us taking any of those medications. It is only when one uses artificial means to conceive a child (i.e., IVF) that the Church frowns on it and considers it a mortal sin. As long as the method of acheiving pregnancy does not interfere with the natural act of conception, the Church doesn't have any problem with it.

Well, yesterday was one year since I lost my frist angel. I am not even sure how it can be a year already. I still can remember every single detail of the day. Every word that was said at the doctor's office. When the ultrasound tech looked worried and went to go get the doc to confrim her findings. I thought after my m/c that by this time this year I would be pg again, but no I am still without a child. I hate the fact I lost my angel so close to christmas and my birthday. I pray that 2008 will be a better year. For some really odd reson it seems that even number years tend to be good years for me. So here is hoping!

Also, elcmoonjumper I just noticed your ticker, congratulations on your weight loss, that's awesome! What kind of diet did you follow?

Wanted to share our good news with you gals! I did a POAS yesterday and today and got a BPF both days!!!
I've been so scared I'll have another M/C. But my dr. is monitoring my progesterone and HCG for the next several days and we're praying for a healthy pregnancy.
I also wanted to share something from our priest's homily this week. He reminded us that, "Advent is not only a time to reflect on Jesus's coming, but also of His coming AGAIN." Nice thought, just wanted to share.

We've had our families (and us too) praying daily rosaries for this intention. My brother is a priest and has been saying a lot of extra Masses for us too. The power of prayer is SO amazing!

I hope that everybody had a wonderful Christmas. I am so sad that it is over. I love the holiday!
Well, I got a wonderful Christmas gift. Today I POAS and it was a BFP! It was one of those cheapie ones from the internet, and then I went and bought a frist response and it was still a BFP. I couldn't believe it, and DH is so happy. But, of course I am scared. I had a trick BFP a couple months ago when the beta came back less than 2. I went and did lab work just now, and will get results tomorrw. If this is another trick then I will not know what to think! My friend and I where thinking of when I might had Oed and we think that it might had been the feast day of our Lady Guadulupe! Think that would be so cool!
To make it worse is that we area leaving the 31st to go see my parents, sister, and brother down in the carribean for a week. My mother rented a condo for all of us to get together, and now worried about being gone...and all of the what ifs are running through my head!
