I know how u feel, i'm struggling too at the moment. try to socialise if u can - even making yourself speak to a friend for a bit, i know its hard and u may just want to be alone, but it does help sometimes. try to avoid thinking too much, again i know its hard but when u feel youself thinking negative thoughts try to do something to distract yourself - go for a walk, listen to some upbeat music, talk to someone, send an email or read a book/ do a puzzle.
Ru seeing a counsellor or taking any medications to help?
is good u've posted on here, i find just getting things out really helps.
