Does anyone know, is there anything else that could cause a short leteal phase other than a lack of progesterone?

In my experience it is just a lack of progesterone, but somepeople say that a high dose (i.e.200mg) of Vit B6 can help. Personally I found that NPC was the only thing to help mine.
