I just got back from my CD 10 ultrasound. Here is whats going on I took Femara cd's 3-7 and follistim injections cd's 6, 8, and 10(this morning). At the ultra sound I have 4 follicals they are 17, 14, 13, and a 10. I am supposed to trigger monday night and IUI Wednesday morning. Do you think my the follicals will grow more?? I just did my last injections this morning. Oh and my last question sorry, my lining was measring at 5.66 is that going to grow as well? If not can I do anything to make it grow?

Follies grow about 2cm per day even after you have a trigger shot, they grow too...your numbers look great!
Lining they like to see closer to a 7.0 and you are close...they just may make you do the progesterone suppositories, or give you Hcg "bumps". My lining was okay, but they gave me Hcg bumps just to make sure. I had 3 mature follies, and 2 trailing that could O..and according to Beta numbers, the RE thinks singleton. I would test to seehow long the trigger shot would take to leave by body and I metabolize 1250 IU per day (10,000IU were out in 8 days in prior months)...then I would keep testing, so when I know it was + then went - then + again..I knew for sure...and I was. I do my ultrasound next Monday. GL!!!

Did your RE say what your E2 was? They say for every 150-200 is a mature follie. This past time I only used 5000IU of Novarel trigger, as RE was concerned w/ multiples...in the past I always did 10,000.
1 day prior to trigger I did an ultrasound and this is what I had:
L- 19.5, 14.5. R-18.5, 16.5, 14.5. E2-683
2 days prior to trigger I had:
L-16.5, 13, 12. R-16.5, 15.5, 13. E2-533
So you can see I had a couple shrink and a couple grow just between 1 day.
IUI & bedding on 8/24
+ HPT 9/01
Beta 9/08

I did 50mg Clomid CD3-7 and then Gonal F from CD8 onwards. Am CD10 today and went for u/s - looks like 4 follies all around 7 - 8mm. So way smaller than yours. So looking at your sizes, I think about 2 will be mature? GOOD LUCK!

Well I trigger tonight so lets hope that at have 4 mature follies and DH's swimmers can find one or two of them.

Sheera! Hey good luck everything looks great. I just wanted you to know that my RE said that Water Water Water helps increase the lining. My first IUI my lining was an 8! ckprentic~ well I am glad water is good, becasue that is all I drink, and I noticed with doing the injections I am wanting to drink a lot more water. I don't know if that is normal or not, but even with the amount of water I do drink I still feel like my mouth gets super dry??

especially at night? That's how I was my dentista actually gave me a sample of a product called: biotene. They have toothpaste, mouthwash, spray, and gel. It helped me at night and during the day...BUT if you use it during the day AND drink water on top it obviously washes it off. But I'm jealous you drink a lot of water because I have to really make a concious effort to do it! WELL DONE and you are SO on the right track!!

Now that you mention at night YES I have noticed I wake up a feel like I have been sleeping with my mouth wide open when it is not its so dried out.
It was hard to get started with drinking a lot of water, but what I do is stick a bottle of water on my desk and we have a cooler at work that i fill it up with, so since its in front of my face I will remember to drink it. I can usually down two bottle at lunch time alone.
