I take vitex 500mg daily as well as dong quai 500mg daily ,beepollen 2x daily ,a multi-vit , it is cd34 and no af insight .I just started NPC yesterday 1/4 tsp 2xdaily ,how long should it take for af to show up .I have provera and promitrium in med cabinet and I know it will bring on af in about a week ,should I use one of them to get af sooner? I just really want af to show up so I can use the SPI. I want to see if it works for me !!!!! I didnt bother taken a hpt because it would just be negitive like always.I dont do bbt as of yet so I dont know if i O or not .Ive only been on the herbs for 2 months ,Im thinking about upping the dose to twice a day on the vitex and dong quai as soon as af shows up.what do you ladies think I should do ? I trust you all more than I trust my doctor.honest!!!! I just really want to have af soon .

Hi and welcome to soulcysters.

Npc works different for everyone some have Af show up a few days after starting to use it and others have to wait until a few days after they have finished using it.
I'm sorry i'm not much help i've never tried it before as its not available in the uk.
Hopefully someone else may be able to give you a bit more info on it.
