Hi ... I don't remember if it was in Star, The National Enquirer or In Touch, but one of these celebrity scandal mags that there was an article about hollywood actresses that are coming up pregnant with some struggles ... well it mentioned PCOS!!!
2 celebrity woman who have it (or so the mag says) are Victoria Beckham (ex Spice Girl, Miss Posh), who know has 2 beautiful kids and actress Emma Thompson, who states she has had fertility problems because of it.
Just thought I would mention it! If you don't normally by them go out and buy this week ASAP before it moves on to the next week!
I reckon they're just keeping quiet about it - they must have access to the best drs for dxing. I wish more celebrities would 'come out' with pcos!

Ever since I was a little girl I have always wanted to act and right up until I was 16 I was taking professional acting classes for it (Depression hit hard andI dropped outta school etc ...) I am now starting to get back on track in terms of following my dreams ...
I hope that if I can have some sort of celebrity, I am so going to bring the world of PCOS and all us cysters for more coverage ...
I have been brainstorming ideas on how to organize a fundraising confrence in my hometown about bringing PCOS to more people. Including an auction (hopefully). This is a huge undertaking and will probbly take me about 3 years to fully get everything and everybody together. I am not for doing this am I?
I was watching TV the other night and a Chinese-American actress Joan Chen was talking about having problems getting pregnant as well ... 6 m/c's she said, 2 of them being in between her 2 children she does have.
Does anyone else have any ideas on who may have PCOS in the celebrity world?
Corrie - why not become part of PAC? (sorry to solicit Kat). But what you wan tot do, we have 2 of those events planned for this year already. If you join up with us, we can help make your burden smaller and help with items needed for donation to raffle off. B/c if you are fundraising, people want to donate to a real charity that has been set-up by the government and all the jazz. I know you are in Canada but I have my connections. Plus people want to know where the money is going and what for. THAT is what takes more of the time and planning, so if you are serious, please e-mail me.
