Question Cellulitis tied with PCOS?

hello ladies,

I have cellulitis in my leg for the second time within 6 months . My doc does not know what is causing it since I do not have any cuts or knicks on my leg. Somehow bacteria is getting past my skin and into the skin tissue. Is anyone else having this issue? Any feedback is appreciated.

You may want to be tested for Lupus (SLE).
I have lupus and cellulitis is most common in people with lupus.
I was diagnosed with lupus in my early teens and I've had over 100 cellulitis since my early teens.

Also, cellulitis is contageous so if you've been around someone who has it (sitting on furniture, sharing a towel etc...) you can get it from that... you do NOT have to have cuts or scrapes on your legs, arms etc... to contract it from others. My husband has contracted them from me many many MANY times over the past 11 years.
