I have begun using the My Monthly Cycles website which is advertised on the soulecysters.com site. I like it, but on the charts there is a part about cervical fluid, position, firmness and opening. I get the fluid part, but the rest I have no idea. How do I know what the status of my cervix is? email me at cur196@aol.com

I thought many women would either respond or have questions, so I guess this is for me and ChelNY.
I did a search on how to check your cervix and basically you check it yourself using your fingers. Apparently, you can feel your cervix for all those things. I guess you have to practice and learn by doing it.
