Hi All,
I was just thinking with all the news on cinnamon etc if Chai Tea (not from Star Bucks! But made normally) Would maybe be good to drink morning and night? One of the ones I bought I have listed the ingredients from the website below. I have no idea on calories, but being as its got stevia in it and then just powdered stuff I would say 20-30 kcal per cup with a little added skim milk?
