Default Chamical pregnancy, how long for AF?

In Janurary I got 3 bfps, of course I was over the moon. I o'ed right when my chart said I should, it looked to be a perfect cycle. Of course, a few days after the last positive test, I started to bleed.
It was much like a normal period, no real pain, no real clots. A trip to the doctor confirmed the worst, negative test, I wasn't pregnant anymore.

I've been told that this early it was likely a chemical pregnancy. So, my question is thus: When will AF come back?

I'm now either 11 or 14 days late (depending on whether you take my old 35 day cycles or the new average of 37 following some months of stress and oddness)
Problem is, i've had nothing but bfns. I had an infection that was causing me to pee constantly, very clear urine so could that have contribuited? am I just clutching at straws?

Last test was Sunday. Morning test bfn, evening test at docs bfn (very diluted looking pee though, it was almost clear!?? )
I dunno, i'm just sort of sick of sitting about waiting but i'm reluctant to get another bfn. I just don't think I could cope with that.

So ladies, whoever's had a chemical pregnancy, how long did it take for AF to come back? Were your cycles regular before that?

My chart does go a bit strange, if you want to take a look at the numbers and see what you think:

Jan 2007 - 33 days
Feb - 34 days
March/april - 37 days
May/June - 35 days
July - 30 days
August - 34 days
Sep - 31 days
October - 33 days
November - 43 days - Travelling overseas, stressed.
December/Janurary 2008 - 45 days (Jetlag, just got back from long haul flight (26 hours))
May - 116 days (!!?? very stressed, coursework due in. Spotted entire cycle. Bfn. )
July - 84 days (BFP! Miscarriage. Never grew past 5 weeks, should have been 8)
Oct - 80 days (Recovering from Miscarriage)
Dec - 48 days
Jan 2009 - 41 days (Chemical pregnancy)

What on earth is going on? They were fairly normal for a while there and then bam, totally insane and all over the place?? !

What should I do? I'm now onto CD 49 which is past the longest cycle that doesn't have an explaination. In fact, the two 80 odd days can be ignored because they were to be expected after a m/c. I assume the 116 day one must have been stress related because I really was tearing my hair out at that point over university work. So where's af now?

Advice please!??? Your own stories?

I read your question wrong at first. Oops.

Okay, here goes.

I never get AF on my own without Provera or Prometrium, or after I use fertility drugs to Ov. So I'm not to much help... but...

If it drags out for too long I would ask about getting prometrium or provera to start a new cycle. One, you don't want to wait too long to get AF because of the risks of cancer in the uterine lining. Two, sometimes you just have to start a new cycle once it's been dragged out to long.

Best wishes. I am sorry for your losses.
