Hey thats where I had mine done. I had saw that and filled it out last year in December. I got a call back that my name picked for third prize. I did wind up doing treatment there, bought a package of six. Had my last appointment yesterday actually, and well they made me really happy. Because of the pricing and everything, I was rather disappointed when it worked at first and then start to come back. From what I had understood from my original consult from them, was that I would not be eligable for the two year guarntee because of the PCOS. But yesterday it was explained to me a different way, that they will continue to treat me for the next two years, (an appt. every six weeks) at no charge, they just can not "guarntee" that te hair will stay gone, but they will treat me for another two years. So that completely made my day. Was so happy, YAY!!
