I've just seen an ad on the TV for Boots & they are doing something called change one thing the site is http://www.boots.co.uk/changeonething it looks like nothing really starts until 3rd jan '06, I've just looked at the sign up & that doesn't start until 3rd as well.

There is a few different things they are doing, eating healthy, losing weight, stopping smoking, looking better, de-stressing.

I'll have a look again on the 3rd.

I want to do the eat healthy one & the exercise one, as I figure if I do both of these I should lose weight.

Good idea shellie to keep each other updated on our progress, it might help us all reach our goals

what we could do is put how much we all want to lose by a certain date and then update every week on how much we have lost. I will make a chart, as already doing this for me and dh which can be great motivation for us all.

What do you all think?

DX Febuary 2002 after miscarriage
TCC for 6 years.........DH very very happy bunny.
Was on 1000mg of Gluc XR +vitex pre natal vitamins but stop taking in 2006 as it was doing nothing for me.

High Blood Pressure and now on drugs for this.

Hi I am 23 with a 'nearly two year old' son, I'm in the uk and I'm having a hellova time with my pcos. Nothing seems to be avalible unless I want to get pregnant. I desperatly wanna lose some weight. Would love a uk keyboard pal..... Any tips would be greatly recieved. XX
