Has anyone else had this?
Is a side effect of PCOS that your chart can say you O'd but in fact you really didnt??
My first P4 levels came back from my "suspected" O on cd19 .. and it was negative .. I had my 2nd p4 levels done today for "suspected" O on cd22 .. but I'm doubtful ...
I had no idea that your chart can look great like you O'd but actually you didnt .. what a mean mean trick for PCOS to play .. I'm absolutely broken
right now .. I feel like I'm a total let down to my DH ..
Sorry having a really rough afternoon .. and to top it off, I begin spotting at 7 days past FAKE ovulation .. what the heck!!!?!?!

You chart is quite confusing, you don't quite have a big shift in temp, at this point it is possible you O'd and possible you haven't yet. I would say by temps that it looks more possible than not. The only true indicator is your blood results. Did you find out your p4 (progesterone) number value? or did they just tell you neg? Ask for the number when you get your results next time. Good luck!

well at first it was saying cd19 .. then now it's cd 22 .. my cd19 they just said was negative ...
i just got the cd22 P4 drawn today so i'll know next week what the results are .....
odd thing is ... im pretty sure AF is here and it lines up exactly with my last month's cycle ...
