Smile Chasteberry

Hi everyone-I am new to this message board. I was diagnosed with PCOS last year after irregular periods and since then I have been researching it quite a bit. My husband and I are TTC now. I am 26, not overweight, and never have been, but I am still reading that I could have IR. Has anyone tried using Chasteberry (Vitex), and what success or experiences have you had? I started it a month ago, and have not ovulated on it yet...I am going to the Dr in a month and I am trying to figure out what I need to do-I would love to do things more naturally, but I have heard a lot of good about Metformin and Clomid and such...I am a little overwhelmed with all the info out there on the net-sometimes contradictory info. If anyone could give me any more info about Chasteberry that'd be great!

I too am 27, thin cyster, ttc. Started on Vitex last month - 800MG. I think I ovulated, but I wasn't charting because it was the holidays - I had ton of EWCM and a 34 day cycle which is normal for me. It looks promising so far, I am charting this month so I will let you know if it works!
