Hi cysters,

I have a question for you: did any of you ever had a chemical peeling?
The reason I ask this is because I don't exacly have peachy skin. I had severe acné as a teenager ( now it's just a few zits here and there) and i still have some scars. I was thinking of getting a chemical peeling and was hoping this is the way to get lovely skin.

I recommend microdermabrasion. I have had 4 txs now and am starting to see a difference. I was told I will need 10 to 12. I get them done one time per month. I get a pink face for 24 hrs. then its all back to normal. Its like a mild sunburn. It costs 100.00 us per treatment. Expensive but I dont care, Im sick of feeling self conscience. I also had some scar revisions done in the chin area . Basically that is where the larger scars were. They cut you and stitch you in a way that makes the scar not so visible. No more holes in my chin. The scars are healing nicely and I have no regrets. The key is to keep future breakouts away. I take antibiotics now but will try accutane next summer.
