Hi ladies - I was wondering how long it normally takes before you start bleeding after a chemical pregnancy. I was told last weds (6 days ago) that my numbers were positive but it was most likely a chem. preg. By fri. (4 days ago) my numbers were negative. Last time I had a chem preg it only took a few days before I started bleeding. This time nothing yet. Im worried that it hasnt started yet. I just want to get it over with so I can start to heal and move on. Also I stopped my progesterone shots weds (6days ago). My RE also wanted me to start bleeding by today so I could do my next IVF transfer in 2 mos. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am stressing myself out.

With mine, I started bleeding 2 or 3 days after I found out I was pregnant. I'm not sure why you haven't yet. It would probably be a good idea to call your RE and see what they say.

I started bleeding the day I found out my beta was positive. I am still bleeding now and I was told this last Wednesday. Contact your doctor about it. I am so sorry for your loss.

Carrie and Bekki - Thank you so much for replying. I was freaking out but started bleeding very heavily today. I am slightly greatful so I can begin to move on. I am so sorry for both of your losses. I am so lucky I found this site and can actually talk to women who completely understand everything I am going through. Most of my family and friends just dont understand and they end up saying things to me like "well that sucks". Thank you both so much for replying. Good luck to you!
