I get this all the time and Im sorry u r suffering from it. I went to the Er 3 times for it. Mine turned out to be CostaChondritis(i dont think I spelled it right!) Its right under my left breast/left side of chest its sore, tender and painful especially when I take breaths. Mine is caused from stress and being overweight with a large chest does not help on my small 4"11 frame!
I would def check with ur dr, Im sure its not major so dont get too stressed over it try and remain calm, and call your dr and get an appt. asap!
