I'm up to 1000 mg/day now. I'm finding, except when I'm doing physical work, I feel cold. Yesterday, I was wearing a knit turtleneck with a knit jacket over that and finally added a cardigan on top of that. Well, it is -12 C outside and our furnace is going almost continuously to keep the house warm, so maybe it's unrelated to Met.

I'm normally a morning person but, it spite of going to bed quite early, I'm having trouble getting up when I want. Last night, I went to bed at 9 pm and set my alarm for 5 am (not an extreme time for me). After hitting the snooze twice, I reset the alarm for 7 am. Even then, I didn't want to get up. It wasn't so much that I wasn't awake at 5 am. Rather, I just felt too cold to get up. Even in bed, I felt cold - not to the point of shivering, but still chilly. I guess I could just add more blankets, but is anyone else experiencing this?

I have always been a "hot person". I can sweat in the winter. Since I've started on Met, I cannot seem to get warm. My feet are always freezing and I sleep with 2-3 blankets on. Wonder if our hormones are working properly now.....

i went back on the met 3 days ago with 500mg. i had to stop for a while because it was giving me stomach problems. right now, i am freezing. and i am usually not always cold. maybe it is an reactions/side effect to the pill. even though here in NY, its cold. i havent felt like this

I am usually a hot person and can walk around in the winter with just a short sleeve shirt.

Now I'm keeping the heat on in the house and car, and wearing two jackets.

I've only been on it for a week.
