Default Chinese Bitters??

Anyone heard of this as helpful for PCOS? It is supposed to help with ovulation, but I didn't see any information with regard to PCOS.

Here's the website if anyone is interested. http://www.sensiblehealth.com/#Infertility

Ever since I read your post I've been doing research online about
Chinese Bitters. I actually ordered some and will have it in the next 1-2 weeks. I will keep you all updated.

Default I did them

I actually ordered them from that site -- I did it for about a week and couldn't handle the detox! I think that I hadn't detoxed enough when I did it....if you haven't done any sort of liver cleansing, I'd recommend doing some sort of easy cleanse before trying the chinese bitters. I hope your experience turns out better than mine!

What kind of symptoms did you have when you did the bitters? I'm thinking I better not do Glucophage and bitters at the same time?

I had awful detox symptoms -- terrible headaches, body aches, slight fever, nausea. But I had never done a detox before doing the bitters, so my liver was quite congested from years of birth control pills, pain relievers, etc. So I would recommend starting out very slowly with the bitters -- I am actually contemplating doing them again now that I've been cleansing my liver for a year and a half! I might not do them with the gluc though -- I'd be afraid that they would cleanse your liver too well and not get the effects of the gluc -- does anyone else have any recommendations?

I think I'll start out at the lowest dosage possible when I get my Chinese bitters. It doesn't sound like fun to me...the things I'll go through to get pregnant

Teddybear, keep me posted! I'm running out of my actos, and I don't currently have insurance. So, once the actos runs out, maybe I'll try the Chinese Bitters. They're not expensive at all compared to the Actos, and I'm DONE with glucophage.

Ok. I'm also checking into a dr that does acupuncture and Chinese Herbal remedies. The dr also is knowledgable on Tai Chi. If I'm gonna do the herbs, I'm gonna do the relaxing stuff too because I want to be able to conceive with this new approach (new to me at least )
