 Chinese Fertility Tea? Angelica root, peony, etc...
I bought some Chinese fertility tea to take, but now am chicken. Has anyone TTC had good results with this kind of thing? Mine has:
green tea
prepared rehmannia root
dogwood fruit
Chinese angelica root
root of herbaceous peony
longan
seed of spine date
My thinking is that this is something to take leading up to ovulation. Does anyone know anything about any of these ingredients? I'll be looking each one up online, but would be happy to hear from anyone with personal experiences.
