Ok I just started trying CHinese Herbal Teas and I have no idea how people get the stuff down. It tastes SOOOOO awful. But i know that its better than the pills so I want to try. Any recommendations on how to get the stuff down?

It has always been suggested to me to put some royal jelly or all natural honey in the tea to sweeten it up, plus the royal jelly is good for ttc!
