Default Chiral Balance

I received my Chiral Balance & am going to start it June 1st. I'm taking 1200 mg daily. I have to mix the powder with 7 1/2 cups of water & store it in a sealed container, drinking 1/4 of a cup per day.

My question is this - is the mixture going to stay "clean" when stored in a bottle in the refrigerator for 30 days? I hope my question makes sense. I wouldn't drink from a bottle of soda for 30 days - it just seems gross.

I skipped all that nonsense and just take 1/4 teaspoon daily of the powder--dump it on tongue and it kinda dissolves. It's really not bad, kind of sweet. That's the 680 mg dose. 1200 mg would be 1/2 tsp. I have a plastic measuring spoon from WalMart that measures it.

It must work--I think it's a miracle personally, see sig or pm for more details.

Oh, I'm so happy for you! How far along are you now?

I think I'm going to do what you did - just take it straight (1/2 tsp a day). I don't like to drink Kool-Aid after 2 days; I couldn't imagine drinking from the same water for a month.

Um, 13 weeks Monday per U/S...I need to get a ticker I guess!

I'd get a little measuring spoon, if you don't have one...my first month on it I eyeballed it with a kitchen teaspoon but just didn't feel "right" about the amount. I got a whole set of spoons on a "keyring" for like $1.50, from 1/8 tsp to 2 tablespoon size.

I've got cool-aid (low sugar--I mean, like not artificial sweeteners, but half the normal sugar amount, bitter to low-carb it) sitting in the fridge now...it's about to get traded for another flavor I think.

In a nutshell, rats given excess estrogen lost their hair. Not testosterone or DHT, but estrogen. When they were given aromatase inhibitors ICI 182 780 (now manufactured as Letrozole & another one I forget), the hair grew back. If you can't find the studies, pm me and I'll try to copy the abstracts to you.

I believe it; when we don't ovulate, we have unopposed estrogen to wreak havoc (weight up, bloat, moody, acne, hair loss, cancers) certainly. When I was on letrozole, I felt wonderful--focused and energetic and my hair quit shedding for a time. Also on spiro--which lowered my DHEA (estrogen) and spiro stops conversion between testosterone & estrogen (I think all my testosterone was converting to estrogen, not so on spiro) I felt pretty good. Lost a lot of weight, lost acne, hair stopped shedding and existing hair grew fastest in my whole life.

The DCI made me ovulate, so I had both: medium estrogen & progesterone. My acne was good except right before AF and I did lose a little weight (3 lb in 2 mo) before the bfp. Now I'm 25 weeks and about 10 pounds "behind" so I guess you could say I lost 13 pounds total in 8 months. Before that I had been gaining despite efforts. Keep in mind I was right at average to begin with; obese might have more impressive results. Hairloss stopped but has not regrown...but I am supposedly having girl so I have all that estrogen again and then some, makes sense to me I wouldn't regrow any right now. Actually for a little while I was shedding again, but that's stopped since about week 24.

The real test will come when I am post-partum and hopefully BF...lowered estrogen again, maybe hair will regrow like the rat studies.

What can I say, I love the DCI. To me, it's worth trying at least...I mean I blow so much money on PCOS & treatments & doctors, what's $75?
