 Chlorella and Mercury
Does anyone take Chlorella? I have read on the internet that it is good for detoxing the body, esp. for Mercury. There is mixed info on whether mercury in dental fillings can get into your system, but I found one site that claimed that if you have a lot of amalgam/mercury fillings, it can be a factor in causing PCOS. I'm practically a metal mouth with so many fillings, so I'm just wondering. Chlorella is just a seaweed, so there's not supposed to be bad side effects, unless you are allergic (indicated by vomiting/nausea in a small number of people). The other thing about Chlorella is that it is high in Magnesium, which is good for regulating insulin and most people are Magnesium deficient. Anyone tried Chlorella or heard anything from friends about it?
