How about Carob instead of Chocolate? it has no dairy. Doesn't taste as good as chocolate but when you get used to it it's beautiful also. You can buy them from any health food stores (I think, depends where you live I guess).

Darrell Lea in Australia make a low fat chocolate, but I've never tried it. I have tried their low carb (sweetened with Nutrasweet) and it's fantastic! Don't think it's available outside of Aus.

THere was a chocolate bar called Flyte that is supposed to be low fat. It was brought out by the Mars Bars people.

There was also another called Halo.

Cool

My cousin sent me some chocolate bars from this site:

LowCarbChocolate

I've tried one so far and it was pretty good. I'm not sure how much dairy is in it, though.

Thanks everyone! I found some NON Dairy candy bars, Tropical Source are vegan candy bars and they are so so yummy. I only eat a small amout, because of the fat, but the low carb bars have dairy and still have fat. You can find the Tropical Source at health food stores also!

Here's a chocolate you can make at home, it's low carb and it's pretty darn good

I always added heavy whipping cream ot mine but you can leave it out for dark chocolate taste.

You need:
2 pieces of Bakers Unsweetened Chocolate (one cube as they come wrapped)
4-5 Splenda sweetner packets depending on how sweet you want it
2 pats of butter (not margarine)
cupcake papers

Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stir in the butter until melted and then add the sweetner. You can add chopped nuts if you like but remember that they add a small amount of carbs.
This is the point also where you can add heavy shipping cream if you want milk chocolate.
Drop the mixture in the cupcake paper and put it in the freezer.

Viola!! Bite sized chocolate candies with little or no carbs depending on whether you use nuts and cream. I used to double or triple the recipe and have chocolate for the entire week, they saved my life while low-carbing

Hope you enjoy it.

Just curious, why not dairy? i know that milk is a no no, but what about the rest, yogurt, cheese, butter, etc? also, if you look at carob, it has almost as many carbs as chocolate. If you are really needing chocolate (like i do, im a chocoholic) then try some of the gourmet candy stores, they should have great sugar-free chocolates. In Oregon and Washington there are stores called Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, they have awesome sugar-free candies.
