Default Chocolate Milk

This is pretty simple, but I just love chocolate milk (and don't want the sugar!) So, I experimented a little, and found an alternative that I like. I figured I'd share it here.

2 cups non-fat or reduced fat milk
1 tsp cocoa
2 packets splenda

I found that the cocoa mixed much better in a blender, and it makes a nice frothy top too. You can play around with the ingredients if you want it sweeter or more chocolatey or whatever. You could also heat it to make hot chocolate.
