Butterfly - I pray your test comes out with a BFP today!

Litena - Have faith in God that He will provide. He is the creator and provider for us all. I will continue to pray for you and your family. Sometimes trials seem so unfair and unreasonable, but they are there to test our strength and faith.

Hope everyone has a blessed weekend!

Litena- I will be praying for you.

Thank you both Ladies for the prayers. I am not going to test today, just wait to see if AF shows, but I think she's going to come so praying that God will reveal to us what the next step should be, as I have taken all the Femara that my doc would prefer me to take.

Well Ladies, this month was not my month for whatever reason and AF showed last night. I am in prayer and trying to stay positive but I get frustrated at times because I don't understand why it hasn't happened yet and we want a family so bad. My DH prayed for me though and also asked me to remember all the blessings that we do have and understand that God hears us and gives us the desires of our hearts, so somehow, sometime, we will get our baby. I can't take medication this month for financial reasons so I am going to see if I ovulate on my own. Maybe I will since I have been on these meds for 6 months. Thank you for your prayers.

Butterfly....you are in my prayers. It'll happen for you. Remember that God knows your heart and He always has the best in mind for us. Sometimes we don't understand the process, but His plans are always better for us. Just keep your faith alive by not allowing doubt to destroy His promises to you!

Hi Ladies. It doesn't seem like this message board is visited very often, but I figured I'd give it a shot and try to meet new people who share a love for God.
My Husband and I have been married for almost two years now . When we moved away from our families, we made it a point to start new and fresh. We joined a wonderful church about a year ago and have become very involved with it. He and I teach Sunday school to youth, and teach AWANA. I know how far we've come ever since we've started walking closer to the Lord, and we decided that we wanted to start a family of our own because we felt full and were ready for that next level.
Well, after TTC #1 for 7 months and never getting a BFP, we went to my OB. I was put on provera last Saturday and will start my first round of clomid on CD 3-7. I know God has a plan for us and will bless us with a baby when it's our time. Sometimes it gets very difficult, though, when all of my friends are getting pregnant with no issues.
I hope this board starts getting active again!
I

Jules- welcome! I know how hard it is to be on this TTC journey when it seems so easy for so many people. Feel free to talk to me if you need to. DH and I have been TTC for over a year and one year with meds. We are hoping God will bless us with a baby in the coming year.

Hi ladies. Just wanted to thank you all for your prayers and your encouagements. I do have a praise report, the Lord awsered my prayers and softened my mortgage lenders hearts. They will be excepting our payments and we will not be loosing our home. I am so thankful to my heavenly father for awnsering my pray so quickly. Hope all is well and I am praying for us all to get pregnant this coming year. God bless you all.

Hi Butterfy, I'm sorry you didn't get your BFP this month. It does get very frustrsting, and depressing, when month after month you're not seeing the results you want. I'm on my very first round of meds and I've read so many wonderful and not to great stories. I'm nervous, but I do believe that God has a plan for each of us. He may not answer our prayers right away, but that doesn't mean He's not listening.

Litena, that's great news about your mortgage! Times are tough right now, so whenever I hear that someone is catching a break it puts a smile on my face. My hubby and I have been going back and forth with our mortgage company also. We just want to pay the taxes for what our home is worth now as opposed to what it was worth when we bought it 2 years ago!

I'm on day 6 of Provera. I'm so new at this and have so many questions. I've heard so many different things about when to start the OPKs? Can anyone give me a heads up? If I start taking clomid CD 3-7, when do I start the OPK? I've heard CD8, CD 11...I have no idea anymore!

Thanks, and I have each of you in my prayers.

Litena- That is awesome about your mortgage, God is good!

Jules-when you are on clomid you are supposed to wait 3 days before starting OPK's, so CD 10 or you may get misleading results (because of the meds). I used to take it 5-9 and start OPK's and CD 12. Prayers for you this cycle. I hope you are one of the one's that get preg. right away. I believe that God has a plan for each of us too. God reminded me of that last week...that he has never not answered a prayer that I had with the right heart, but it was rarely in the time frame I thought it should be. I think we just have to be patient...hard but needed

Yes! Exactly right. You know someone said to me the other day that your "Test" becomes your testimony and your "Mess" becomes your message. It is so true! I have been praying for God to use me more to bring more souls to him. It didn't happen like I thought it would but I was sharing with someone at work about my test and mess and it really turned into my "Message of Testimony". I find so much joy in sharing what God has done for me and my DH in the past 2 years that I get all choked up even thinking about it. So I'm going on with my story, glassed over eyes and finally I said, Wow God is good! And he said "You know...I think I was supposed to talk to you today." I blushed SO HARD knowing what had just happened in that moment. It was truly amazing

Jules - Sorry. I have no experience with Clomid. I wish you all the best this cycle.

Tigger'sMom - Isn't a wonderful feeling when that happens? God is awesome!

Litena - That is fantastic news about your mortgage!

Butterfly - Sorry about no BFP. I know God will bless you in His timing.

Tresa - I will pray for you and the migraines. I had a friend who used to get them so bad all the time.

AFM, not much going on. Just praising God and thanking Him for all the blessings He provides.

Hi Ladies, and happy Sunday
Tomorrow will be day 10 for my Provera. Hopefully AF will come sooner than later and I can start my 1st cycle of clomid. Excited and anxious, but I've got other things that I'm worried about, too. A few months before we were ttc, I found a lump in my breast. After a series of ultra sounds, I had to have a very painful biopsy done. When I got the results from that, by doctor said she didn't like the way the lump looked and highly recommended I have it removed. I went into surgery and had it removed. Thank God, it was not cancerous. I have my 6 month check up on the 18th. I never thought at 26 I'd go through this, but it could have been much worse. For any of you who are cancer survivors, you ladies are a huge inspiration and my prayers are with each of you.
When m husband and I were at church today, our Pastor said something so profound and it really touched me. He said so many of us spend so much time wishing for things we don't have, rather than being thankful for what we do have. I prayed for my lump not to be cancerous, and God answered my prayers. I prayed that He give me the strength I'd need to get through the surgery, and He did. I never once prayed to thank Him, though. I know God is listening to all of us, but I need to start thanking God for what I do have.

Do any of you ladies ever get lost in wanting a baby so badly that you tend to forget to be thankful for everything else you've been blessed with?
