Here's a dip I make at Christmas time...everyone loves it! If crackers are a no no on your WOE, it is delicious on celery.
8 oz. low fat cream cheese
1 sm. jar pimento cheese
2 tbs. horseradish
1 tbs. worcestershire sauce
1 tbs mustard (I use Gulden's)
1/2 stick of margarine, melted
1 jar of dried beef, shredded and chopped fine
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. You can add all the shredded dry beef into the dip, or for a special touch, let the mixture firm up in the fridge for a while, form it into a ball, and roll in some of the reserved dry beef. YUM!!!!
