LOL! Sorry, i had to de-activate the PM'ing/email thingys. The number of PM's and emails asking for help/answers got to be more than I could answer every day.  But anyone that needs help or advice can reach me here like you did and I'm happy to try and help.
I buy them at Wal-Mart at Costco, but it occurred to me after my post that maybe they are just in Canada...I'm not sure. There are lots of different kind of Stresstabs vitamins, but the best fit for me was the product called StressTabs Z-BEC (Stands for zinc and vits BEC). It has folic acid, calcium and lots of other good things that go well with my met.
