 Chromium GTF Question
OK, I've been looking all over for Chromium GTF and until today all I could find was regular Chromium Picolinate. I found a small vitamin store today, and finally found a bottle of GTF Chromium BUT the exact name of the product is "GTF Chromium Picolinate." So of course now I'm thoroughly confused because I thought that the GTF and the picolinate were two completely separate product. I talked to the store owner who is also a nautropath, and she said that she wasn't aware of any GTF chromium product that didn't also have picolinate on the label. She also wasn't aware of the side effects from taking picolinate. So I guess I want to know for those of you who are taking the GTF, is the word picolinate also on your label? If so, have you had any adverse side effects? Trying to figure out what's right and what's wrong is driving me crazy!
