Default Chromium, inositol, vitex

Hello everybody, I am a new cyster. I discovered this site today, and it seems that you all know a lot about everything. Well, I am fairly new.
I am diagnosed 1 year ago, when I stopped having my periods. Before I was on 28-35 days cycles, everything seemed fine. I do not have weight/facial hair or any other problem apart from non-existant AF. I tried Clomid, did not ovulate. I am in Europe, blood test shows no signs of IF, therefore there is absoluetly no way that I can be prescribed Metformine. I tried every other possibility to have met, but No! I recently (1 week ago) started with chromium GTF, 200 mcg, on my own. I think it helps. But today I discivered that DCI is very promising, but I understood that it is not availbale yet. So I was thinking taking inostol. But I also read that it may not be usefull, as our bodies cannot use it. But I want to give it a try, so can you recommend me any brands, any dosage. Which way is the best way of taking inositol. I checked the Solgar website, they have different types, what are those differences? Shall take the insositol, on an empty stomach? How much shall I then wait for having breakfast? And also can I combine chromium with inositol?
Sorry to bombard you with lots of questions. But I am so excited with this inositol thing, and I am a little impatient and, I so want to get my AF back and get pregnant.
Thank you all very much,

If you want a really great supplement to compliment chromium for your insulin problems, I suggest you try R+ Alpha Lipoic Acid under the name Glucorell by MP Technologies www.glucorell.com or by AOR www.aor.com

It's a fabulous glucose uptake enhancer.

Yes I use Glucorell but I'm not insulin resistant. I use it to prevent IR. I use about 600 mg daily which is the therapeutic dose. One thing I have noticed is that if I eat a high carb meal and I take Glucorell before, I don't feel bloated at all which people usually get from high carb meals. I also have more energy on it. It's a supplement that's been used in Germany for a very long time and is prescribed over there to prevent and treat diabetes. If you want more info, check out this website www.r-lipoic.com
